The White Rose Files

Friend of the Society and local broadcasting legend, Jonathan Doidge is going to be part of an exciting new website covering Yorkshire County Cricket Club and Yorkshire cricket in general.

Entitled ‘White Rose Files’, it will take a step away from the usual fayre provided by the county’s own website and hope to complement that with other angles, interviews, features, opinion, spectator viewpoints and, it is hoped, a podcast.
Alongside Doidgy as a significant contributor, there’ll be a regular take on the county game by the ever-entertaining ‘Bumble’, while there will be other familiar names, as well as some new faces.
We do hope you’ll join in supporting this new venture, which is aimed at helping to fill the void left by the demise of local and regional coverage of our great sport in recent decades.

It’s set for launch on Monday 30th March
